I flew in to Marseille the day before Hayley and Andy’s wedding and spent the night in a lovely villa about five minutes away from the venue. It was a pretty straight forward journey compared to most of Andy’s family who flew in from Australia!

After eating well and getting a good nights rest, it was all systems go on the morning of the wedding. Hayley and her family had all come over from the UK and they got ready at a room in the villa at the venue!

The wind blew hard from the ocean and it was tricky getting the table cloths to stay put but it dropped for the service and by the time the drinks and canapés came out it was a typically beautiful French summer day with amazing views over the valley.

Drinking and dancing carried on until the early hours and I’m not ashamed to admit that I was there for most of it and possibly had a dance myself.
